have been a certified instructor and teaching since 1999. Yes it has been a life long career for me! I truly love fitness and teaching others to enjoy it with me. For the past 15 years I was based down town Toronto teaching cycle, bootcamps, and many
other classes at a number of gyms. Now I have moved back to my home town of Cambridge and teaching here again. Over the years I have done many things in fitness including competing in 3 Figure competitions and placing 3rd in my second show. Now I am a mother of an amazing little boy that keeps me busy but I still find the time to play my sports of Volleyball, Womens Fastpitch and Rounds of Golf.
My Cycle Classes will leave you very sweaty, slightly breathless at points and full of energy when you leave! I like to focus on Interval training done to some amazing music.

I am a mom of two beautiful girls, both great athletes. I am also a grade 8 teacher in Hamilton where I am the Running Club and Mindfulness Coach, and Fitness Instructor for group fitness. I have worked with several hockey teams in Cambridge, Kitchener, and Barrie as a trainer and dryland coach, and I am a fitness instructor in Cambridge, running both spin and muscle/bootcamp styles classes. I believe that the body, mind and soul are strongly connected, and I feel grateful and rewarded when I know that I can make a difference in the lives of people who I work with
Maddison is a certified spin instructor. She began her journey into the fitness world at age 12 when she discovered wrestling and started to compete while representing The Waterloo Region on a Provincial and National level. With the need to increase her fitness level Maddison found Spin and Crossfit as extra physical activity to aid her in her wrestling career. Spin became an outlet to increase her cardiovascular endurance off the mats. With gaining insights into proper nutrition, strength training and cardiovascular training she promotes active living amongst those of her age. While studying Adult Development at the University of Guelph, Maddison also volunteers in health and wellness to promote active living within the aging community.
I first tried yoga in 2001 as a young student in search of a new adventure. I laughed through the whole class and thought I would never go back. My first lesson from yoga: It's not about touching your toes, but the journey on the way down. I’ve been practicing consistently ever since. I became certified as a yoga instructor in 2014, through Maha Pura, and studied under Susan Takas.
I teach because it makes me a better student. I teach a flowing style that builds slowly with pauses for posture alignment and breath. I love working out with students who come in from long days behind a desk.
Becoming a mother in 2016 completely changed my world. Since then, I’ve been bringing extra attention to the way yoga can be used to keep us healthy and supported in life. It takes a village! I have a structural deign background including a career in this industry. So that’s me! I hope to see you on the mat.
